PHILADELPHIA, PA – Police in Philadelphia have reported a 65-year-old woman as missing after she was last seen a week ago on North Broad Street.
The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 65-year-old Missing Person Deborah Hough. She was last seen at 11:26 P.M., on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, on the 54XX block of North Broad Street.
She is 5’4″, and 195 lbs. She was last seen wearing a black jacket with a hood, navy blue sweatpants and black sneakers with white soles.
