BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD – Daniel B. Canoles Sr, 68, has been charged with first and second-degree assault, along with other firearms-related charges, following a non-fatal shooting on September 11.
Baltimore County Police Department officers responded to a hospital around 8:55 p.m., where they found a walk-in patient with a gunshot wound.
The investigation led detectives to the 8200 block of Shore Rd, 21222, where the shooting reportedly took place. Early findings suggest the incident resulted from a domestic dispute.
Canoles Sr is currently in custody at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond.
