NEW YORK CITY – The NYPD is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect connected to a criminal sexual assault within the 48 Precinct.
On Saturday, at around 6:04 a.m., a 68-year-old woman was attacked from behind, choked, and forced into a garage near East 189 Street and Webster Avenue.
The suspect attempted to remove her clothes but failed and forced her to perform oral sex before fleeing. The victim was treated at a local hospital for her injuries.
The suspect is described as a 5’2”-5’5” male with a heavy build, last seen wearing an orange hooded sweatshirt and dark blue jeans.
