71-Year-Old Man Beaten and Robbed in Downtown Brooklyn

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department requests public assistance in identifying an assailant involved in an assault case.

The incident occurred on October 25th at approximately 6:35 a.m., in front of 111 Bridge Street. A 71-year-old man was attacked by an unidentified male, resulting in multiple facial bruises and head swelling.

The assailant punched the victim several times, causing him to fall to the ground, and then fled the scene.

The victim received medical attention at NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn and is in stable condition.
