PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating 72-year-old James Phoenix, who has been reported missing. James was last seen on July 30, 2023, at 7:10 pm, in the area of 1000 Oak Lane Avenue.
James Phoenix is described as standing at 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 223 pounds, with brown eyes, medium brown skin, and black hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a grey shirt, grey pants, and light brown Timberland boots.
