72-Year-Old Man Robbed at Knifepoint in Broad Daylight in Brooklyn

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department has reported a 72-year-old man was robbed at knifepoint in Brooklyn in broad daylight last Sunday.

According to police, the incident happened at 10:25 AM, in the vicinity of Hemlock Street and Dumont Avenue in Brooklyn. The NYPD said the suspect approached a 72-year-old male, displayed a knife and demanded property.

The suspect was unsuccessful, fleeing when the male yelled for help.
