75-year-old woman assaulted in Midtown

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking public assistance to identify a man who assaulted a 75-year-old woman on Saturday.

At approximately 1:13 pm, the woman was crossing the street at Avenue of the Americas and West 34 Street when an unknown individual approached her.

The individual engaged in an unprovoked dispute with her pushed her to the ground, and kicked her multiple times before fleeing southbound on foot. The woman sustained minor injuries and was transported to Mount Sinai West by EMS in stable condition.
