PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating 75-year-old endangered missing person Joselyn Vissandier. Joselyn was last seen on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at 1:00 P.M., in the area of the 6500 block of North Uber Street.
Joselyn Vissandier is described as being 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with a thin build, medium brown complexion, and brown eyes.
