The missing man, identified as Hernando Molyneaux, was last seen between 3:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. Authorities say he suffers from dementia, making the case especially urgent.

Frederick Police, along with community partners, are actively searching the area and urging anyone who may have seen Molyneaux to come forward. Officials did not release details on what he was last wearing.
