STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, NJ – William MacDonald, a 79-year-old Barnegat resident, was recently arrested and charged with Harassment following a proactive investigation by the Stafford Township Detective Bureau and Patrol Division into lewd activities on Stafford Avenue. MacDonald is due to appear at the Stafford Township Municipal Court for his summons.
The Stafford Township Police Department is continuing investigations and urges anyone with information related to the case to come forward.
