FREDERICKSBURG, VA – Police in Fredericksburg are searching for a missing elderly man. Police say Mr. John Herbert “Jack” Vincent, 83 was last seen July 13, 2022 at 5:09 PM on Gordon W. Shelton Blvd in Fredericksburg.
He walks hunched over and is believed to be on foot. He answers to the name “Jack.”
Mr. Vincent is 6’1 in height and weighs 200 lbs. He has blue eyes and balding/gray hair. He is possibly wearing a navy polo shirt w/khaki pants and black shoes.
He suffers from a cognitive impairment and his disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety, as determined by the investigating agency.
