PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, MD — Ruth Packer, 87, was last seen Tuesday morning in the 500 block of Largo Center Drive, and efforts are ongoing to locate her.
Ruth is described as 5’6” tall, weighing 110 pounds, and was last seen wearing a tan jacket, white turtleneck, gray pants, and carrying a brown leather purse.
