Glen Burnie Sandwich Shop Robbery Suspect Arrested

Glen Burnie, MD – An arrest has been made in the case of a commercial robbery that occurred on January 24, at approximately 5:05 p.m. at the Pot Belly Sandwich Shop, located at 7927 Ritchie Highway.

Law enforcement officials reported that a male suspect had entered the premises, implied he was armed with a handgun, and stole an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register before fleeing in a dark-colored SUV.

The Anne Arundel County Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division Robbery Unit, through diligent investigative efforts, identified 37-year-old Marcus Jermaine Randall from Owings Mills as the suspect involved in this crime. On February 7, detectives located Randall at his residence where he was taken into custody without incident.
