ABERDEEN, MD — A Maryland Lottery player won a $50,000 top prize in the Bonus Match 5 drawing on Thursday after purchasing the lucky ticket at an Aberdeen convenience store.
The winning ticket, sold at Aberdeen Shell at 1026 Middleton Road, matched all five numbers: 11, 13, 24, 25, and 30. The Bonus Ball was 07. This marks the third top-prize winning Bonus Match 5 ticket sold in 2025.
Lottery officials advise the winner to sign the back of the ticket and store it in a safe place. The prize must be claimed within 182 days at Maryland Lottery headquarters in Baltimore, where an appointment is required for prizes over $25,000.
Aberdeen Shell will receive a $500 bonus from the Maryland Lottery for selling the winning ticket. Bonus Match 5 drawings occur daily, offering players multiple chances to win.
