FREDERICK, MD – The Frederick Police Department is warning residents to avoid the area of Monocacy Boulevard between Route 26 and Gas House Pike today as they are clearing up an active shooter incident that occurred this morning.
An investigation is now going on after an shooter near the 8400 block of Progress Drive has been taken down and the status of his two victims is unknown.
