Additional Charges Filed in Allegheny County Murder Case

Pittsburgh, PA – The Allegheny County Police Department has announced further charges against a Coraopolis man implicated in the murder of 57-year-old George Dayieb.

Initially, on December 30, 2023, authorities disclosed the arrests of Jeremy Fisher, 41, William Fortuna, 58, and Braden Elliott, 20, for their roles in the disappearance and subsequent murder of Dayieb. Investigations incorporating interviews, cell phone data, and surveillance footage led detectives from the Homicide Unit to conclude that Fisher conspired with Fortuna and Elliott in the fatal scheme. Evidence suggests that Dayieb was shot inside Fisher’s vehicle before being transported to a trailer in Clarion County, known to the suspects.

A search warrant executed on December 29 at the Clarion County property led to the discovery of Dayieb’s body, which bore a single gunshot wound to the back of the head, inside a trailer.
