AKRON, OH — Last night, the Akron Police Department’s Community Rescue vehicle played a crucial role in addressing severe flooding in Merriman Valley.

The vehicle enabled first responders from both the Akron Police Department and Akron Fire Department, alongside Fast Water Rescue Team members, to navigate through high waters and assist stranded motorists effectively.
