ALBANY, NY – On Thursday, September 16, 2021 at approximately 8:30 p.m., officers responded to the area of Sherman and Robin Streets for reports that man had been shot. Upon arrival, officers located a 53-year-old man with a single gunshot wound to his leg.
He was treated at the scene by emergency medical personnel and transported to Albany Medical Center Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The incident, including the location where the shooting occurred, remains under investigation.
