Albemarle County, VA — The Albemarle County Police Department is seeking the owner of loose cows found near Richmond Road and Louisa Road on Thursday morning.
The cows were located on the morning of June 13. Authorities request that the rightful owner contact ACPD’s Animal Protection Unit at 434-977-9041.
