Allegany County Warrant Operation Leads to Multiple Arrests

ALLEGANY COUNTY, MD – In a combined effort, the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and the Maryland State Police – Barrack C have executed a series of warrants, resulting in the capture of several individuals on Wednesday.

John Wesley Cramer Jr., a 35-year-old from Greensboro, PA, was extradited on a District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear, with his original charge being the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Cramer is detained on a $2,000 bond, awaiting bail review.

Makayla Marie Lloyd, 21, from Westernport, was arrested on two counts of probation violation. Originally convicted for narcotics possession with intent to distribute, she is being held without bond pending further proceedings.

Jessica Hope Weisenmiller, 19, of Frostburg, was detained for a missed child support hearing but has been released on a $100 bond.

Erica June Rea Martin, 24, of Oldtown, has been charged as a fugitive from justice based on a West Virginia warrant for fraud and is awaiting extradition while detained in Allegany County.
