Allentown Man Charged for Shots Fired Incident on Monday

ALLENTOWN, PA – the Allentown Police Department is investigating a Monday morning shots fired incident that took place on the 500 block of North Law Street. According to police upon their arrival shell casings were found and surrounding property was hit by gunfire.

Police reported no physical injuries, but later observed a man in the area with a handgun partially concealed in his waistband.

20-year-old Sandy Dela-Cruz Rosario of Allentown was taken into custody and admitted to police that he was the gunman who fired the shots earlier.
