BALTIMORE – The Baltimore Police Department needs your help locating 9-year-old Thaddeus Stallings-Bell. He was last seen in the 900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.
Thaddeus is approximately 4-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs about 75-pounds. Family and friends are concerned about Thaddeus’ wellbeing.
