PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help to locate 77-year-old Vivian Owens, who is considered an endangered missing person. Vivian was last seen on Saturday at 6:00 PM on the 1800 block of W. Sulis Street.
She is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 152 pounds. There is a possibility that Vivian may be around the area of 11th and Market Street. The police urge anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact the Northwest Detectives at 215-686-3353.
