Annapolis man wins big lottery prize using Ravens jersey numbers

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A longtime Keno player scored a $37,515 prize after swapping his usual numbers for those of former and current Baltimore Ravens players.

The Anne Arundel County resident purchased a 7-spot Keno ticket for five draws at Broadneck Grill, located at 1364 Cape St. Clare Road in Annapolis. He chose jersey numbers including 52 for Ray Lewis, 75 for Jonathan Ogden, and 22 for Derrick Henry.

Initially believing he had won $15,000 after missing one number on the screen, he later confirmed the full $37,515 prize after having a friend and the cashier check the ticket.

To celebrate, the winner bought a round for everyone at the bar and tipped the bartender. Broadneck Grill will receive a $375.15 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
