Another shooting in Baltimore, 28-year-old victim in serious condition at hospital

BALTIMORE, MD -On January 2, 2021 at approximately 6:43 a.m., officers responded to the 2100 block of W. North Avenue for a shot spotter alert.  Upon arrival, officers discovered evidence that discharging had occurred but no shooting victim had been located.  While canvassing, officers were dispatched to an area hospital where a shooting victim had recently walked in seeking treatment. Officers responded to the hospital and located a 28 year-old male who had been shot in his side. The victim is in serious but stable condition.
