According to New York Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the COVID-19 coronavirus is inherently a racist disease unfairly targeting blacks and minorities, you know, like President Donald J. Trump, according to her.
“COVID deaths are disproportionately spiking in Black + Brown communities,” Cortez said. “Why? Because the chronic toll of redlining, environmental racism, wealth gap, etc. ARE underlying health conditions. Inequality is a comorbidity. COVID relief should be drafted with a lens of reparations.”
