YORK, PA- The Spring Garden Township Police responded to reports of a woman laying on the ground beside her truck at 401 Hill Street. When officers arrived, they discovered the woman and a man both with gunshot wounds. The woman was transported to the hospital, where she ultimately succumbed to her injuries. The man was found dead of self-inflicted gunshot wounds.
The investigation is still ongoing. There is no danger to the public from this incident. More information will be released at a later time.
