Armed Carjackers Captured On Surveillance Camera

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department’s Carjacking Task Force is asking for the public’s help in finding individuals of interest related to an Armed Carjacking incident that took place last Tuesday at the 1500 block of Olive Street in Northeast, D.C.

Around 3:30 pm, the suspect approached the victims, who were inside a vehicle at the specified location. Displaying a handgun, the suspect ordered the victims to leave the vehicle, and they complied. The suspect then fled the scene in the stolen vehicle.

The victim’s vehicle was eventually recovered.
