NEW YORK, NY – An armed robbery was reported to have occurred in front of 580 Wilson Avenue on Monday, December 11, at around 1:00 AM. A 47-year-old male victim was walking when he was approached by two unidentified individuals.
One assailant brandished a firearm, while the other covered the victim’s face with a rag. They forcibly took the victim’s phone and wallet before fleeing eastbound on Schaefer Street. Fortunately, the victim did not sustain any injuries during the incident.
The NYPD is investigating the robbery and seeks information regarding the unidentified individuals. They encourage anyone with knowledge of the incident to come forward.
