LAUREL, MD – A report of a citizen robbery prompted officers to respond to the Motel 6 located at 3510 Laurel Fort Meade Road early on Tuesday.
The adult male victim stated that a blue car pulled up next to him, and the driver inquired about drugs.
When the victim denied having any, the driver struck him on the head with a firearm and took his backpack before fleeing eastbound on Laurel Fort Meade Road.
