Washington, D.C. – Police are investigating an armed carjacking that occurred shortly before 11 p.m. last night in the 3300 block of Benning Road in Northeast D.C.
Authorities are on the lookout for a suspect described as a black male, approximately 5’9″ tall, who was armed with a gun during the incident. The vehicle taken is a 2024 black Fengyan scooter, notable for its red and white tires.

A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the person responsible for this crime. Further details have not been released at this time.
