Armed suspects at large after brazen early-morning robbery near Dupont Circle

WASHINGTON, DC — Detectives are searching for multiple suspects involved in a daring armed robbery near Dupont Circle, where victims were threatened at gunpoint in the early hours of October 13.

The incident occurred around 3:56 a.m. near the intersection of S Street and 20th Street NW. According to police, the suspects approached the victims, brandished a firearm, and threatened to shoot if they didn’t hand over their personal belongings. The victims complied, and the suspects fled the scene with stolen items.

Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspects, which police have released in an effort to identify those involved.

The Metropolitan Police Department is urging anyone who can identify the suspects or has information about the robbery to contact them at (202) 727-9099 or to send an anonymous tip via the TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction in this case.
