Arrest made after man pulls handgun during road rage incident

GAMBRILLS, MD – A road rage incident took a wrong turn in Gambrills on Tuesday when one of the drivers in an incident pulled a gun and pointed it at another driver.

Mohamed Sall, 42, of Crofton was arrested by the Anne Arundel County Police Department after he pulled a gun in a fit of road rage at around 5:15 pm in the area of Route 3 and Churchview Road in Gambrills.

“The victim advised a suspect driving a black Acura pointed a handgun at him. Officers located the suspect vehicle and initiated a traffic stop,” the Anne Arundel County Police Department said in a statement. “The driver was positively identified, and a loaded Sig Sauer handgun was recovered. The suspect was charged accordingly.”
