Arrest Made Baltimore Double Homicide

Baltimore, MD – In response to a double homicide in the Northeast District, 21-year-old Daquan Woodard has been arrested for the fatal shooting of Odell Curtis and Ricardo Brooks-Watters on February 7th. Woodard was charged with murder in the first degree after an alleged dispute in the 4400 block of Belair Road.

On Tuesday, detectives arrested Daquan Woodard in connection to the fatal shooting. Woodard was taken into custody on May 1, 2024, and transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility to face charges for the homicides.
