ALBEMARLE COUNTY, VA – The Albemarle County Police Department arrested Dwayne T. Robinson, 42, of Louisa, Va., on Friday.
The arrest followed an investigation into an armed robbery at Tobacco Xpress on Rio Road, which occurred on December 15, 2023.
Robinson faces charges including Robbery, Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony, and Communicating a Threat to Kill.
He is being held without bond at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail.
