Arrest Made in Baltimore Murder Case

Baltimore Police Department has announced the arrest of 65-year-old Tony Stewart, a Baltimore resident, in connection with a homicide that occurred on June 16, 2024. The incident took place in a home located in the 1800 block of Spence Street in the Southern District.

According to investigators, Stewart is accused of fatally stabbing 46-year-old April Patterson. Following the investigation, detectives arrested Stewart on the same day of the incident and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility. He has been charged with first and second-degree murder.
