Hernandez, an undomiciled male, faces charges of murder and criminal possession of a weapon. This arrest follows an incident reported on Friday, December 1.
At approximately 1:04 PM on December 1, officers responded to an assault report near Jamaica Avenue and Cleveland Street. They found a male victim with head injuries. The victim was rushed to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in critical condition and was later pronounced deceased.
