Arrest Made in Connection to Manchester, PA Homicide

PITTSBURGH, PA – Pittsburgh Police Violent Crime Unit detectives have apprehended an individual concerning the homicide of 29-year-old Joseph Sees in Manchester.

The incident took place on Sunday.

The suspect, identified as 21-year-old Joshua Short of Pittsburgh, faces several charges.

These include Criminal Homicide, Burglary, Aggravated Assault, VUFA.

Also, they include an additional charge of Theft by Unlawful Taking from a separate incident involving vehicle theft on Wednesday.
