On Tuesday October 15, at approximately 9:00 p.m., a suspect threatened victims with a knife in the 1700 block of Kalorama Road, stealing their property before fleeing the scene on a bicycle.
Shortly thereafter, 60-year-old David Watts of Northwest, DC, was apprehended and charged with Armed Robbery (Knife).
