Arrest Warrant Issued for Suspect in Fatal Shooting in Prince George’s County

The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit has obtained an arrest warrant for 22-year-old Raheem Hawkins-Boseman of Silver Spring in connection with a fatal shooting early Sunday morning.

Hawkins-Boseman is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 27-year-old Jessica Somerville of Suitland. A reward of up to $25,000 is offered for information leading to his arrest and indictment.

The incident occurred on March 17, 2024, around 2:15 am, when officers responded to a shooting in the 5800 block of Silver Hill Road in District Heights. The victim, Somerville, was found outside in a parking lot with a gunshot wound.
