Arrest Warrant Issued for William Sanchez-Tiru in Gettysburg Child Assault Case

GETTYSBURG, PA – The Gettysburg Police Department, following a comprehensive investigation by its Criminal Investigation Division, has issued a felony arrest warrant for William Sanchez-Tiru, 40.

Sanchez-Tiru faces multiple charges, including Rape of a Child, Aggravated Indecent Assault under the age of 13, and Corruption of Minors, among others.

The investigation began in August this year when a complaint of a child sexual assault that occurred approximately five years ago in the borough was received.

Sanchez-Tiru is currently believed to be residing in York, Pennsylvania.
