Arrest Warrant Issued in Stalking and Harassment Case in Kennett Square

KENNETT SQUARE, PA – Juan Castro-Fernandes, the subject of an arrest warrant issued on Tuesday, by District Court 15-3-04, faces multiple charges including stalking and terroristic threats.

The warrant stems from incidents dating back to October 23, where Castro-Fernandes allegedly engaged in ongoing harassment of a victim.

The victim reported receiving derogatory and threatening messages from Castro-Fernandes, including phone calls coinciding with their daily routines.

Further harassment incidents were reported on October 28, November 4, and November 17.

The charges against Castro-Fernandes include two counts of stalking, one count of terroristic threats, and four counts of harassment. The case is pending a preliminary hearing.
