COLUMBUS, Ohio — Arthur “Mark” Cahoon has been arrested and charged with murder in the death of 37-year-old William “Joey” Woods, according to Columbus police.

Officers responded to the 2000 block of Ottis Court around 1:34 a.m. on May 27 and found Woods unresponsive. He was transported to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries at 5:35 a.m. on May 30.
