Assault on Brooklyn Bus Leads to Injuries

BROOKLYN, NY — A 26-year-old woman was assaulted on a S35 bus near Brooklyn Avenue and Church Avenue at around 7:40 p.m. last Saturday. According to police reports, while the bus was in motion, two unidentified individuals worked together to touch the victim inappropriately.

A verbal dispute escalated into a physical altercation, resulting in the victim suffering bodily pain and facial swelling.

The assailants exited the bus and fled westbound on Church Avenue. The victim declined medical attention. The incident is currently under investigation.
