TOMS RIVER-One of the hidden culinary jewels of the Jersey Shore is Red Rose Bakery, with locations in Toms River and Howell.  Like all other businesses, Red Rose Bakery is now facing state-imposed restrictions on their operation, but the owners of the bakery are thinking outside the box.

This week, Red Rose Bakery announced they will be selling at-home cupcake kits.

You can purchase two pre-made and delicious Red Rose cupcakes, 1 bag of buttercream cream or fudge frosting, 2 bags of colored icing for decoration and a bag of sprinkles or chips for toppings.

The kits cost $6.00 and can be picked up during the store’s new business hours.  The bakery now is open Monday through Friday and closes at 6pm.
