Attack on New York City Subway Leads to Baton Beating of 41-Year-Old Man

NEW YORK, NY – A 41-year-old man was beaten with a retractable police-style baton while riding the N train near the Fort Hamilton Avenue subway station on Wednesday at around 7:30 am. Police are now searching for the suspect how spat on the man’s face before beating him with the baton.
