Attempted Burglary Leads to Double Shooting in Dundalk

DUNDALK, MD — Early Thursday morning, Baltimore County police responded to a shooting in the 4200 block of Lyndhurst Road, Dundalk.

Two men, involved in an attempted burglary, were found shot and are currently in critical condition.

Detective Trae Corbin reported that the two individuals were attempting to break into a shed when confronted by the homeowner.

Believing the men to be armed, the homeowner opened fire.

Baltimore County police are investigating into the shooting and request anyone with surveillance or security footage to contact investigators.
