Baltimore bar brawl turns bloody in Pulaski Highway shootout

Baltimore, Maryland — A 47-year-old man was shot Saturday evening during a fight involving multiple people outside an establishment along Pulaski Highway in Southeast Baltimore, police said.

Officers responded at approximately 7:22 p.m. to the 3400 block of Pulaski Highway after receiving reports of a shooting. When they arrived, they were told that a large altercation had broken out and that one man had been shot before leaving the area.

Not long after, officers were called to a nearby hospital, where they found the victim being treated for gunshot wounds. His condition has not been released, and no arrests had been made as of Monday.

Investigators believe the man was shot during the physical altercation reported outside the business. It is unclear what led to the fight or how many individuals were involved.

Detectives from the Southeast District have taken over the case and are working to gather additional information, including witness statements and potential surveillance footage from nearby properties.

Police have not released details on the type of firearm used or whether the suspect is believed to still be in the area. The investigation remains active.
