Baltimore County Detectives Investigate Fatal Friday Night Shooting

BALTIMORE, MD – A shooting on Friday night has prompted a homicide investigation by Baltimore County detectives. The incident occurred at 10:38 PM on the 5700 block of Emelia Ave., where officers discovered 27-year-old Jordan Taylor with multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics declared Taylor dead at the scene.

In a related but separate incident, a 20-year-old woman, seated in her vehicle nearby, was hit by a stray bullet. She was taken to a hospital by an acquaintance, with injuries deemed non-life-threatening.

The Baltimore County Homicide detectives are now spearheading the investigation into the circumstances of the shooting. They encourage anyone with information to come forward, offering a reward for assistance in the case.
