BALTIMORE – The Baltimore County Police Department is actively searching for Bella Valentina Caceres, a 10-year-old girl reported missing since 4 p.m. on January 23. Bella was last seen in the Franklin area, according to the police department’s latest statement.
Standing at 5 feet 2 inches and weighing approximately 95 pounds, Bella was wearing a black hoodie, gray and blue sweatpants, and white crocs at the time of her disappearance. The police are urging anyone with information about her whereabouts to immediately contact 911 or the Baltimore County Police at 410-307-2020.
